the background is pretty cool.
the rap doesnt fit the background, but i'm pretty sure it was recorded without a background, or even to the beat, so don't worry about it.
if you put the rap into the fruity slicer and spread each line/word to a beat it might work.
if you added a quiet, fast delay to the rap it would fit better with your background too.

what version of flstudio are you using?

you should change the riff, rather than repeating it. you only added one thing, then repeated what you had.
